The Family Enrichment Hub is dedicated to strengthening family bonds and promoting well-being through educational courses, workshops and resources. The hub came to us to develop a customised online course platform to enrich family life, ensuring that it is user-friendly, scalable, and secure for their target audience.
As a result, we set out a clear plan to build a modern, user-friendly course platform on WordPress, housing a range of educational resources and integrated with software to enhance user experience, all the way from payment gateways to email marketing.
Here are some of the goals that we had for the project:

We integrated a number of third-party marketing platforms to boost user experience across the hub.
We implemented robust security measures to protect user data and ensure privacy.
We focused on creating a sleek and modern design tailored to enhance user experience and meet the needs of the hub’s diverse target audience. We also placed particular emphasis on mobile optimisation, understanding the critical role of mobile access in today’s digital world.
One of the standout features of the new platform is its user-friendly navigation, which we are particularly proud of. We seamlessly integrated a clear and intuitive menu structure, making it easy for users to explore various educational courses, resources, and access important pages such as their dashboard.
